| YES! Now I know that we will be there in 2011.
In 2010 initially we only wanted to go for Mayhem and Kovenant gigs and by the way to visit Oslo and just watch another bands. We thought: festival like each festival, quite expensive, these bands you can see whenever else... But when we returned home we started to miss this atmosphere, this cold city, these clubs, fantastic people etc. Then we agreed that if the bands playing in 2011 will be our favourable then we would go there. But few days ago my wife decided: "Whichever bands will be playing we MUST be at Inferno! This festival is another permanent point in our metal festivals callendar"

| Sadly, this year drew to a close my Inferno ventures. ;( I'm trying to start a new life for myself (long story short) which involves a permanent relocation abroad and, obviously, given the ways of the world, that costs money. For the past three years (inclusive of 2010) I've been going to both Inferno and HITS and whereas Norway isn't a hell of a lot more expensive than Ireland, it still costs about €500 just getting there (flights/transport, accommodation and ticket). It's money I'm more than happy to spend, especially given the nature of the festival, the fact that it's held in or around the time of my birthday (April 3) and all the friendships, local and abroad, I have made there but there comes a time in life where, and I hate to use the term, you gotta grow up! XD I don't think I'll ever quite achieve that (I hope not!) but other things need to take priority and the big consumer (read: ONLY consumer) of my time and money is metal festivals. Next year, for the best part, that 'burden' (better term lacking) will be taking a back seat. I could think differently come March 2011 but barring something ridiculously special, I'm out for next year. Those of you who are going, have a blast!  (Oh, and forgive the length of this post!)

I've been every year since 18 [lol so only 2009 and 2010]
But in 2011 i would have just turned 20 [March 10th] so it's a great way to celebrate my end of teenage-hood -cries- lol
Both 2009 and 2010 i came to Inferno from Australia, But after 2010 i've now relocated to England...which means...CHEAPER FLIGHTS TO NORWAY 2011!! More money i can spend on ink lol
As far as I'm concerned I'll be at Inferno EVERY year...no matter what! =D
Met so many lovely people there, and witnessed some remarkable music talent...always such an amazing experience!
Yay...see most of you there; Runespawn Best of Luck with 'growing up' Hopefully I'll catch you back at Inferno one of these years =)
