| SAHG, the Norwegian band featuring members of GORGOROTH, MANNGARD and AUDREY HORNE, will release their debut album, "Sahg 1", on Aril 18 via Regain Records. The four-piece was founded in early 2004 and spent the past year in the studio writing and recording their first CD, consisting of "ten songs of classic heavy rock with a groove that would make John Bonham proud, highlighted with epic and soaring melodies that will even leave a die-hard IRON MAIDEN fan breathless," according to a press release.
Although SAHG has made a great deal of effort preparing their album, there has also been time for a few gigs around Norway. The band delivered a highly successful performance at Piggtrådfestivalen and also appeared at the prestigious Hole in the Sky festival.

Yeah that's what I thought too! I know they HAD to play, but were forced to cancel due to illness or something.
