| ØRNES!!!! hahahaha! The Helgeland/Ørnes dialect is so fucked up!
Ahem....on topic. I agree about Lumsk going down the wrong path...but maybe Ásmegin will the the ones to back.
Seems a bit funny though...the Metal scene in Norway seems to have it's regional flavours.
Gothic Metal from Stavanger (e.g. Theater of Tradgedy, Tristania, Sirenia, Trail of Tears etc.)
Folk Metal from Trøndelag (e.g. Lumsk, Ásmegin etc.)
Viking Metal from Fjord Norway (e.g. Enslaved, Einherjer and though not technically 'Viking', Windir)
Black Metal from....well, all over really
(maybe we could have a new type of Metal in Northern Norway....'Sami Joik Metal') |

Ásmgin aint from Trøndelag by the way :o)
I would say that death metal i smore prominent from Trondheim - old timers - Bloodthorn, Manifest etc
And then you have the melodic black metal - Keep of Kalessin.
Far more prominent and dominating than lumsk |
