| Several bands have played more than once. But I can't see Mayhem playing for the second time this year. Mostly because they haven't released anything new since they headlined in 2004. Putting them back on now would just be a re-run.
And it also seems unlikely when they already have a big Norwegian black metal act as headliner. They've usually had some variety in their headliners at Inferno.
From that list I'd like to see Impaled Nazarene mainly. |

I don't want to see any band that played at OzzFest ANY time haha Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Slayer to name a few... oh well, your loss Don't like any of them I know it probably is my loss seeing I can't get into them (as everyone seems to love them( But Celtic Frost ...all those other old bands don't do much for me haha. Alastair you are making me feel soooo old. I grew up on Sabbath, Maiden and Priest. I first heard them when I was 7 years old and have been listening to them for 23 years. I saw them all at Ozzfest, and I do agree, they shouldn't play Inferno. I'm coming to Inferno to see some damn fine extreme metal which none of those bands encompass. They're good old fashioned heavy metal.

| I think it makes a difference as to whether or not you listened to them as a kid. Cause ethically I hate Stryper (except for their machine guns & katanas). But I've been rocking out to them since I was 7. I couldn't listen to Judas Priest or anything "bad" like that until I was like 12. And by then it was Soundgarden & G&R type-stuff. So it holds no weight over me outside of historical reference.

| Wel if you don't like Black Sabbath, you're definitely NOT gonna like Witchcraft. I loke them both, and I actually saw Black Sabbath last July in Oslo. Slayer and Judas are 2 metal gods, but Iron Maiden, for me, are the greatest band ever. Excuse my fanboy-ism, but I'm a huge IM fan, and collector. In fact on the first thing I'm gonna do in Oslo in April is go straight to Neseblod and see what I can destroy my Visa on . Loads of nice 12" and 7"
